Over the easter weekend I was competing in the Australian National Brass Band Championships which were held in Bris Vegas. Our band (South Brisbane Federal band) placed 6th overall which was a very good place for us. We were all happy with how we played and had a huge amount of fun, especially the drinking that went on after the competition! It was great to catch up with many of my friends from interstate.
We also did a bit more painting and our house is really starting to look great!
